On-Site Sports Massage/Stretching
Sports Massage is a type of massage designed for highly active people who engage in athletics. Excelling in sports is taxing on the body in many ways and can often lead to injuries in both the short and long term. Sports Massage enhances performance and prolongs a sports career by helping to prevent injury, reduce pain and swelling in the body, relax the mind, increase flexibility, and dramatically improve recovery rates. Sports Massage is also highly effective in aiding the rapid recovery of an athlete from an injury by encouraging the body's natural immune function. This massage is received while dressed in loose, comfortable clothing or activewear.

On-Site Chair Massage
Chair massage is a popular way of relieving stress and releasing tension right in your home or workplace. You receive your massage fully clothed in a specialized ergonomic chair which I bring to your location. Receive optimum benefits from just a short session which allows full access to your scalp, neck, entire back, arms, and hands. Chair massage sessions are usually shorter than traditional massage, making it convenient enough to fit into your busy schedule.

On-Site Table Massage
I'll bring my equipment to your location for you to receive your massage. After a short phone consultation each session is custom made for your individual massage experience. Whether you're looking for stress relief and relaxation for a good nights sleep, if you're in need of focused pain relief, or if you need a combination of both, we'll set up the perfect personalized session just for you. Session lengths can be 30 minutes, 60 minutes, 90 minutes, or 120 minutes. *minimum of 4 hours required for in-home events so include friends/family in the fun.

The Works
I'll bring my entire array of massage equipment to your location/event for the ultimate On-Site Experience with something for everyone. I'll bring my table for those in need of stretching, sports massage, or relaxation. I will also bring along my free-standing massage chair for those in need of an energizing pick-me-up or more focused work on areas of pain and soreness to the head, neck, spine, arms, and hands. I also utilize my tabletopper massage chair that can accommodate those who are wheelchair bound. My additional chair is a zero-gravity recliner that allows you to put your feet up to relieve tired or swollen feet and relax while I work on your feet and/or hands. Without direct contact with the feet (over the pillow case I have covering your socks), I can calm those "barking dogs" to soothe your feet or perform reflexology to access any area of the body (works great and is my go-to for people who may be too fragile/sensitive for any other type of massage including those recovering from surgeries, injuries, or illnesses).
